سياسة الجودة والسلامة الغذائية

إن شركة العقبة للزيوت النباتية ملتزمة بتقديم أجود الزيوت والسمن النباتية وأكثرها أمناً للزبائن وذلك من خلال تلبية متطلبات الزبائن كافة وذلك بالالتزام الكامل بمعاير الجودة والسلامة الغذائية وذلك من خلال:

  1. الالتزام بنظام إدارة الجودة والسلامة الغذائية FSSC 22000 وISO 22000 وHACCP وISO 9001 وشهادة الثقة من مؤسسة الغذاء والدواء ومتطلباته لتحقيق سياسة الشركة.

  2. تحسين العمليات داخل الشركة بشكل مستمر لتحقيق احتياجات ورغبات العملاء.

  3. الالتزام بتحقيق المتطلبات القانونية والتشريعية بالإضافة إلى متطلبات العملاء فيما يتعلق بسلامة الأغذية.

  4. تحديد أهداف الجودة والسلامة الغذائية وتجديدها ومراعاة تحقيق الاستمرارية في تطبيقها لتحقيق التحسين المستمر للنظام.

كما تلتزم شركة العقبة للزيوت النباتية بتطبيق ومراجعة وتحديث سياسة الجودة بشكل دوري وإيصالها لجميع الموظفين والمهتمين من خارج الشركة كالعملاء والموردين والجهات الحكومية عند الحاجة.

سياسة الجودة والسلامة الغذائية (APP FS 06 01)

سياسة الجودة في المختبر

إن شركة العقبة للزيوت النباتية ملتزمة بتقديم أجود الزيوت والسمن النباتية وأكثرها أمناً للزبائن وذلك من خلال تلبية متطلبات الزبائن كافة وذلك بالالتزام الكامل بمعاير الجودة في المختبر ذلك من خلال :

  1. التزام المختبر بتحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف خاصة بنظام الجودة المتعلق به، لتشمل:

    1. تحسين الأداء بشكل مستمر في المختبر وفحوصاته عن طريق إيجاد حالات عدم التطابق وتصحيحها ومتابعتها.

    2. إيجاد بيئة مناسبة للفحوصات للحفاظ على دقة عالية في القياس والنتائج.

    3. تزويد الزبائن بشهادات معتمدة لنتائج الفحوصات تحت سيطرة نظام عالي الجودة.

    4. الاطلاع على أحدث المستجدات بما يتعلق بالفحوصات ونظام إدارة المختبر وكيفية التعامل مع العينات وفحصها.

    5. متابعة الفحوصات الخاضعة لنظام الإدارة في المختبر بأسهل الطرق للقيام بالتحسين المستمر.

    6. تعيين طاقم عمل مدرب بشكل كافي ومؤهل للعمل في المختبر.

  2. التزام المختبر بالمعايير محددة في تقديم خدماته التي تشمل؛ النزاهة والحيادية، والحفاظ على سرية الزبائن، والمصداقية والشفافية، والتعاون مع الزبائن.

  3. الالتزام المستمر بتحقيق جودة عالية لممارسات المختبر ونشاطاته والوعي المستمر للموظفين بالإجراءات ووثائق الجودة المتعلقة به.

كما تلتزم شركة العقبة للزيوت النباتية بتطبيق ومراجعة وتحديث سياسة الجودة (ISO 17025) بشكل دوري وإيصالها لجميع الموظفين والمهتمين من خارج الشركة كالعملاء والموردين والجهات الحكومية عند الحاجة.

تسعى شركة العقبة لصناعة وتكرير الزيوت النباتية جاهدة لجعل منشآتها بيئة عمل فريدة من نوعها تعزز الاحتراف والاحترام لبعضنا البعض من خلال تعزيز بيئة يشعر فيها كل موظف بالتقدير كفرد ويتم التعامل معه باحترام واحتراف. وهذا متضمن أيضًا في نظامنا الداخلي المعتمد من قبل وزارة العمل الأردنية في 14 كانون الثاني (يناير) 2014.

  • عمالة الأطفال: لن تقبل الشركة تحت أي ظرف من الظروف استخدام عمالة الأطفال في عملياتها، ولن تشتري أي منتجات من الموردين الذين يفعلون ذلك.

  • العمل الجبري أو الإجباري: لن تستخدم الشركة تحت أي ظرف من الظروف العمالة القسرية أو الإلزامية في عملياتها، ولن تشتري أي منتجات من الموردين الذين يقومون بذلك.

بيان الالتزام بالاستدامة (APP FS 06 11)

الشروط والأحكام العامة للبيع

تسري هذه الشروط والأحكام على جميع عمليات البيع الصادرة عن شركة العقبة لصناعة وتكرير الزيوت النباتية ما لم يتم الاتفاق خطياً على خلاف ذلك.

 

1. استلام البضاعة

يُعد توقيع العميل أو من يمثله على سند التسليم أو الفاتورة إقراراً باستلام البضاعة بحالة جيدة ومطابقة لما ورد بالفاتورة.

 

2. صلاحية الموقع

يُعتبر الشخص الموقع على سند التسليم أو الفاتورة مخولاً بالتوقيع نيابة عن الجهة المستلمة، وتتحمل تلك الجهة كامل المسؤولية القانونية عن ذلك.

 

3. الالتزام بالسداد

يتعهد العميل بسداد قيمة الفاتورة بالكامل دون أية شروط.

 

4. اعتبار الفاتورة مسددة

لا تعتبر الفاتورة مسددة إلا بعد استلام شركة العقبة لصناعة وتكرير الزيوت النباتية كامل قيمتها واصدار سندات قبض بذلك.

 

5. المطالبات

يجب إبلاغ الشركة بأي ملاحظات تتعلق بالكميات أو الأضرار الظاهرة عند الاستلام مباشرةً، وفي حال عدم الإبلاغ عند التسليم مباشرة تعتبر البضاعة مستلمة حسب الأصول.

 

6. الاختصاص القضائي

تكون محاكم عمان المختصة هي الجهة القضائية الوحيدة المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاع أو دعوى تنشأ عن هذه الفاتورة أو عن أي معاملة بين الطرفين.
